Ritu Malhotra, Ph.D., P.Eng.
President

Ritu Malhotra is an accomplished leader with experience in engineering consulting, operations, research and board governance.  Over the years, Ritu has developed a combination of technical expertise, management and communication skills, which has helped her to establish excellent relationships with clients, both internal and external.

Ritu currently also serves on the University of Saskatchewan’s Board of Governors, Women in Mining/Women in Nuclear Saskatchewan Scholarship Committee as well as IEEE-NSS Exec

Reza Moazed, Ph.D., P.Eng., PMP
Director, Engineering Projects 

Reza’s educational background includes his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, where he specialized in structural analysis, fatigue and finite elements. His Ph.D. program was a joint industrial project sponsored by Case New Holland (CNH) and the National Sciences and Engineering Research Council (NSERC) of Canada. The topic of his research was on the design and analysis of welded tubular connections

Reza has published several state of the art, design oriented papers in the areas of industrial design, manufacturing, structures, vibrations, and stress analysis. He has presented and published his work in international journals and conference proceedings (ASME, IEEE, IMECE). His work on the fatigue and failure prediction of welded-offshore structures was presented and published in the transactions of the ASME: Journal of Offshore Mechanics and Arctic Engineering.

 

Kyle Krushelniski, P.Eng., PMP
Director, Studies and New Projects and Senior Project Manager

Kyle Krushelniski is an accomplished professional engineer.  With over 15 years of experience, Kyle has excelled in the fields of project management, machine design, and compliance testing. Kyle’s major strengths include the ability to: anticipate project hurdles, understand complicated system interactions, devise unique and effective solutions, and execute standardized or custom test procedures.

Lucien Nel, M.SC., CSP, CIH
Director, Safety, Health, Quality & Risk

Lucien Nel is a senior professional with over 30 years’ experience in occupational health, safety, environment, quality and risk management with specialized experience in the resource development sector. Lucien’s skills in HSE management, risk assessment, mine ventilation design, HSE integration into operations and engineering, licensing/permitting and regulatory compliance has made him a valuable contributor to the March team.

Jared Miner, P.Eng.
Director, Project Services and Senior Project Manager

Jared Miner is a mechanical engineer with significant experience in project coordination and project management. Since 2008, Jared has managed a multitude of projects and has been responsible for the delegation of tasks, supervision of the engineering team, and communication with the client with regards to project progress, deliverable reviews, budget, and schedule. 

As Director of Project Services, Jared has proven his ability in the area of corporate management, where he is responsible for the oversight and development of the scheduling, cost estimating, procurement, IT, and document control departments.
