Provided construction management, planning, and QA/QC services for multiple aspects of the above ground infrastructure including administration building, water treatment plant and distribution, electrical substation, waste oil fuel building, ventilation building, and site grading.
Provided engineering design and specification of all electrical, structural/architectural and mechanical systems within a 10 storey industrial building to support a potash screening and compaction facility.
The project included the design, procurement, and installation of a pump house, pipe line, injection wells and supporting infrastructure for testing the development of caverns in the mineable potash beds.
Conducted the feasibility study for the mine expansion project followed by complete EPCM services over two years. The project consisted of three new brine transmission lines including 12 km of dual contained, buried HDPE pipe. Three new injection head houses were designed and installed to increase the potash yield and the life span of the solution mine.
Undertook feasibility study, project engineering services, management, and construction/installation support for a remote load-out facility.
Provided engineering services for the installation of a return pumping system for process brine. Work included pump and piping specification and selection, new pump house with the expanded tailing management area, and related electrical and control systems.
Provided engineering services for upgrades to the existing thickener underflow pumping system and thickener drive system to ensure capabilities were sufficient for future plant throughput increases and upstream process changes.
Undertook a due diligence review of a potash development project including a review of the published feasibility study to determine if it met the NI 43-101 reporting standard. A site visit to the company in China by the March team was undertaken to verify selected published information.
Provided a preliminary economic assessment of a dry lake sulphate of potash project. The assessment included an analysis of mine infrastructure and process design.
Provided engineering services and construction support for the $3M+ Turboscrubber installation in the Phase I Mill.
Provided feasibility and conceptual engineering services to aid in the selection of systems to increase the capacity of the raw potash ore delivery system from 680 tonnes per hour to 1250 tonnes per hour.
