March was responsible for the complete project management of the Key Lake Construction Camp from the pre-feasibility stage to commissioning. The construction camp was a $20 million project that included accommodation for 230 personnel, kitchen and dining facilities, recreation facilities, potable and waste water systems, propane service, telecommunications, and electrical. The facility was designed to meet all relevant codes including building, electrical and fire codes. March was responsible for all project reporting including scope, schedule, and budget.
