March provided onsite inspections and detailed design of closing mine openings by using either casted foundation walls complete with pre-casted hollow core concrete blocks, polyurethane foam plugs, or backfilling with common fill material. March also provided third party construction quality control for the concrete work (foundation/bedrock inspection, forming and rebar inspection, and concrete pouring tests and cylinders).
