March provided engineering for the conceptual and detailed design to allow for UAN trucks to be offloaded within an hour into an approximately 30,000 MT tank. March reviewed the existing system and recommended system upgrades where necessary. March’s engineers performed the required analysis to select a new pump, modify the existing concrete base supporting the pump and recommended upgrades to the existing piping as required. A review of the current piping system (including hydraulic modeling in AFT Fathom and pipe stress analysis in AutoPipe) was completed to confirm if the piping system was capable of handling the new design parameters.
